Lilla Bello is a boutique floral and event design firm established in 2004 by founder and creative director Toby Kassoy. Known for her romantic, garden-inspired designs, Toby is a sought-after creative force in the luxury wedding and event industry across Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, Ojai, Santa Ynez, Malibu, and destination locations. Her approach is deeply personal — the more she gets to know you, the more she can translate your love story into gorgeous florals. Lilla Bello takes on only one full-service wedding per weekend, and Toby personally selects all florals for each event, drawing on strong relationships with growers and vendors cultivated across the country and abroad. Now residing in the Santa Ynez Valley, she oversees design teams in both Los Angeles and the Central Coast.
